Responsibilities and Duties
As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that reflect our brand and engage customers.
- Website Design: Design and develop engaging, responsive, and user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity.
- User Experience (UX): Optimize the user experience by creating intuitive navigation and layouts, ensuring easy access to information.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to effectively integrate visual elements with written content.
- Graphic Design: Create graphics, banners, and promotional materials for the website and digital marketing campaigns.
- Responsive Design: Ensure that websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, including mobile and tablet.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and make recommendations for improvements.
- SEO Best Practices: Implement SEO best practices in website design to enhance search engine visibility.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing previous work. Interns are also welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Script; experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
- Responsive Design: Understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
- Graphic Design: Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
