GM - PROJECTS CIVIL
} To monitor projects execution on day-to-day
} To oversee multiple projects across all phases of development from scope management plan to commissioning & validation of the mechanical and process equipment’s
} Planning & scheduling material deliveries and monitoring overall work progress against approved work program
} Identify project risk and development of contingency plan
} Responsible for final approval of the design specification, working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs
} To coordination with consultant & architect and ensure that timely deliverable of all detailed drawings
} To review & approval of contract documents, drawings in coordination with design consultants
} Projects site execution, procurement support, to develop project management plan, Budget/cost control
} To review and control site progress and do rate analysis for major supply material
} Quality control & assurance of all installed electro mechanical equipment’s
} To control & maintain the project documents
} To liaison with Govt. authorities for necessary approvals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
