Job Title: Front Office Executive /Receptionist Minimum Qualification: Graduate Purpose of position:- Being the first point of contact of the patient with the hospital, the front office is a very important department for successful running of the hospital. The main purpose of the front office staff is patient registration and information management. Duties and responsibilities:- Following activities to be performed at front office counter · IPD registration · OPD registration · Patient enquiry · Registration of patient details in HMIS · Managing OPD appointments · Maintaining mail records · Managing medical records requisition. · Patient bed management (bed allotment, transfer & bed booking) · Guiding the patients to the respective area. · Preparing and distributing patient list for every floor each day · Coordinating with different departments for speedy discharges · OP reports dispatch at diagnostics Centre · Attend and redirect internal and external calls · Redirect candidates for interview · Providing “Request form for indoor case paper” to relative/ patient and Coordinating with MRD technician and billing department for providing Xerox of indoor case paper to the patient / relative · Time to time counselling of Patient’s attendants. · Reminder for due amount /payments status in case of TPA’s. · To ensure 100% collection of due amount and medical charges . Receptionist: - ● Maintain prompt professional attention to all Reception enquiries. ● Prompt response to all inward telephone calls with priority attention given to the hospital emergency telephone. ● Attend to and redirect all courier and coordinating all internal/external mail ● Solving all queries related to scope hospital service. ● Other duties as requested by Admin Assistant. ● To ensure that all the relatives /patients should be informed for collections of reports in given TAT (e.g. Path lab, Radiology etc.) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule:
