Overall responsibility of the day to day operations
Provide exceptional guest service to all internal & external guests.
Leadership and management of staff, to include hiring, daily direction, discipline, scheduling, coaching, and terminating of staff.
Responsible for ordering, inventory, merchandising and daily sales operations of the Spa retail merchandise.
Implement unique guest experiences in services and ensure policies/procedures are followed, providing leadership, clear direction & assist staff on a daily basis.
Hold Quarterly “Huddles” to keep staff up to date on all aspects of operation.
Responsible for scheduling and reviewing service provider’s daily schedules.
Interact with team members to ensure development/implementation of quality services that meet guidelines. Monitor and review employee’s performance regularly and provide required guidance.
Responsible for handling all customer challenges appropriately as needed.
Participate in all required trainings and implement practices taught.
Ensure all areas of the are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
Group coordinator and department liaison. Coordinate Monthly Specials/Social Media promotions with Marketing Team.
Ensure all goals are met and all programs implemented successfully
Manage expenses based on budgeted guidelines and business volumes to include payroll and staffing levels.
Perform regular inventory of and maintain and organize appropriate par level of supplies.
