Front Desk Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting and Assisting Visitors:
- Welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Determine the purpose of their visit and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Ensure visitors sign in and follow any security protocols.
2. Managing the Front Desk:
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen them, and direct them to the relevant department or personnel.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization’s services.
3. Administrative Support:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff, especially for executives or managers.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
4. Communication:
- Act as a liaison between clients, visitors, and staff.
- Relay messages accurately and promptly to the appropriate individual or department.
- Communicate important information to visitors and clients, such as changes in schedules or procedures.
5. Record Keeping:
- Maintain visitor logs, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Keep track of office supplies and assist in ordering them when necessary.
- Manage the booking and use of conference rooms or other shared spaces.
6. Customer Service:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors and clients.
- Handle any issues that arise at the front desk, such as scheduling conflicts or technical problems.
7. Security and Compliance:
- Ensure that all visitors adhere to the organization's security protocols.
- Monitor access to the building or office and report any suspicious activity.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Key Traits:
- Professionalism, reliability, and a courteous manner.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating a positive first impression.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
