Location: Sector 58, Gurugram Job Description: · Cover the front desk during business hours, and maintain tidy and organized front desk area · Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department · Managing travel arrangements, including coordinating with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, etc. · Assist in organizing Aurum events and lunches/ dinners for the team & clients, both in and out of the office · Assist in registering for conferences (online & offline), business events, webinars, etc. · Support quality control walkthroughs to address immediate issues and identify areas for improvement when required · Administrative coordination related to office facilities with building authorities · Assist in IT coordination like SLA review, ensuring timely visits of the IT AMC service provider, etc. · Collaborate with the IT team for basic troubleshooting for common technical issues · Attendance review · Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Management Team Key Skills/ Competencies: · A graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or in administrative roles with corporate, hospitality, or financial environments. · Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) · Presentable personality with good command over written and spoken English · Proficiency in scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records · Courteous and polite in mannerism · Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision · High work quality standards, timelines adherence · Strong sense of personal integrity and professional ethics Position open for Female candidates only.
