Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Location: Panipat ,Samalkha(Haryana)
Education: Any bachelor Degree
Years of Experience: 1 year – 3 years
Salary Package:2.5LPA+(Negotiable)
Required Skills:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to Priorities tasks and great organizational capabilities.
● Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
● Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibility:
● Handling the front desk and maintain visitor records.
● Create a Welcoming ,Professional environment for client and customer
● Answer guest calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up.
● Handling incoming and out going mail and Packages.
● Meet and exceed guest's expectations by anticipated the services they might require.
