One of our leading wellness clubs is hiring a front desk associate for their outlet. The front desk is the first point of contact for members and guests at our fitness club. This role is essential in creating a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Member Services:
Greet and check-in members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding membership, classes, and club services.
Process new membership applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
Assist members with account information, including updating personal details and handling billing inquiries.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of member visits and transactions.
Manage the scheduling of classes, personal training sessions, and facility reservations.
Handle cash and credit transactions, including sales of merchandise and services.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Communication:
Relay important information about club policies, upcoming events, and promotions to members and guests.
Address and resolve any member concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless operation and enhance the overall member experience.
Safety and Security:
Monitor the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment for all members and staff.
Enforce club policies and procedures related to safety and conduct.
