Fresher-Customer Care Executive
We have urgent requirement of Customer Care Representative (Non- voice & Voice Process) BLD OUTSOURCING SERVICES Pvt. Ltd. Company

Roles and Responsibilities:-
· BPO/ Customer care representative will manage inbound and outbound chat.
· Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus.
· Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers.
· Excellent English communication/written skills along with active listening and typing skills.
· Must be willing to work in rotational night shift.
Qualifications: -Graduate (any degree)/Minimum 12th Pass

Requirements - Average to fluent communication skills in English
Salary- 11000 – 15000 in hand
