Training and Learning:
- Participate in an intensive training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of the freight brokerage industry.
- Familiarise yourself with transportation regulations, industry terms, and best practices.
- Learn to use industry-specific software and tools for freight management.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, carriers, and industry trends.
- Analyse market conditions to make informed decisions on pricing and service offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective and timely transportation solutions.
- Collaborate with carriers to secure capacity and optimize freight movement.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the transportation process.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and carriers.
- Utilize data analysis tools to track and measure key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and optimize freight movements.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of shipments.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
