Responsibilities:
Training and Learning:

• Participate in an intensive training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of the freight brokerage industry.

• Familiarise yourself with transportation regulations, industry terms, and best practices.

• Learn to use industry-specific software and tools for freight management.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, carriers, and industry trends.

• Analyse market conditions to make informed decisions on pricing and service offerings.

Communication:

• Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide suitable solutions.

Rate Negotiation:

• Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective and timely transportation solutions.

• Collaborate with carriers to secure capacity and optimize freight movement.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Prepare and review shipping documents, contracts, and agreements.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Problem Resolution:

• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the transportation process.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and carriers.

Data Analysis:

• Utilize data analysis tools to track and measure key performance indicators.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and optimize freight movements.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of shipments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
