The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting, handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and maintaining the company's financial health. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records and transactions, including journals, ledgers, and invoices.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the full accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, ensure proper documentation of receipts, and address discrepancies.
General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by recording day-to-day transactions.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Internal Auditing: Assist in conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Vendor & Client Communication: Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment schedules, account status, and resolve any discrepancies.
Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement within financial processes and recommend changes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education: Must be B.Com or M.Com.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting .
Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
