Lead the hiring process for blue-collar housekeeping staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Coordinate with the HR department to ensure compliance related documentation is up to date viz. Police Clearance Certificate, Provident Fund, ESIC and Health Card, etc.
Make necessary arrangement for the staff accommodation and provisions for food on case to case basis.
Provide training for new and existing staff on cleaning protocols, equipment usage, and safety measures.
Manage staff performance, including attendance, productivity, and work quality, while handling daily task allocations and work rosters.
