JOB PROFILE: - You have to meet the high-end customers - Owners/committee heads etc. - You have to make influencers and organise seminars, and meetings and do direct callings to get the leads. - You have to give presentations and convince on the benefits of solar plants - You have to move into the field and cover nearby districts. - You should have the ability to develop good rapport and cordial relationships with your customers by paying regular visits. - You will have to make proposals and give offers. QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: - Should be a good communicator. The ability to speak English fluently is not mandatory but should be able to read, write and speak in English. - Must be computer literate, with good MS Word & Powerpoint knowledge. - Should have owned 2 Wheeler with a driving licence. Field job experience of meeting customers will be preferred - Graduation in any line is a must, MBA/Electrical Engineer/Science Graduate with experience in sales will be preferred but is not mandatory - B2C experience of direct selling with products valued 1 lac or above will be preferred but is not mandatory. A few years in direct marketing in some high-end products to high-end customers, government etc. will be preferred but not mandatory. - Good IQ to understand the product and convince the customer to understand its benefits.
