Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Akshar Machining Solutions based in Faridabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will follow our established sales process, update our CRM system, and actively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong communication with existing customers. Key Responsibilities:
Promote Shell Lubricants to potential and existing clients through effective sales techniques and presentations.
Follow the sales process diligently, ensuring all stages are executed efficiently.
Conduct thorough market research to identify and target new customer segments.
Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on new product launches and existing product benefits.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for new product introductions.
Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Science (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or related industry (2-3 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to present information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
