Field Sales Representative
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Sales and Business Development Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of wire products to potential clients, showcasing their features, benefits, and applications.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
2. Product Knowledge and Expertise Technical Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s wire products, including technical specifications, applications, and industry standards.
Product Demonstrations: Provide hands-on demonstrations and explain the advantages of different types of wires and cables to clients.
Solution Selling: Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate wire solutions that address their specific needs.
3. Market Analysis and Reporting Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Sales Reports: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
Customer Feedback: Collect and relay feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
4. Order Management and Coordination Order Processing: Facilitate the order process from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to orders, product quality, or delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
