Our growing website “Foodchow’’ seeks a motivated Sales Representative to greet customers, help them find what they need and up-sell new products. We’re looking for a person who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge.
Roles and Responsibilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Roles and Responsibilities
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
- Acting as a connector between our clients and our product.
- Interact with customers and be able to explain the use of our website and software to them.
- Know how to set up food menus and help our clients (restaurant owners) to easily access our website.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ingrained tenacity and enthusiasm is a prerequisite.
- A Structured and methodical sales process.
- An ability to understand client requirements and have direct conversations about return on investment.
- Confident communicator and presenter.
- Attention to detail and a sense of urgency paramount.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
