Field Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking with potential clients (corporate and individual).
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for travel packages, corporate bookings, and other travel-related services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business.
- Present travel solutions and offers to clients and understand their requirements to tailor packages accordingly.
- Regularly report on sales activities and performance to management.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of travel-related products and services is an advantage.
