Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Senior Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our home health care products (thermometers, nebulizers, etc.) to leading retailers, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets through retail counter sales and leading new business development.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
5. Manage sales expenses, travel, and entertainment.
6. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
2. Proven sales track record.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to travel extensively (50-60% of the time).
5. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
6. Knowledge of home health care products.
7. Ownership of a 2-wheeler vehicle.
