Field Sales and Marketing Representative
Job Title: Field Sales Officer (Trivandrum District)
Job Description:
Join ALBA, a leading innerwear brand with over 30 years of success! We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer (Male, Age 23-35) in and around Mulamthuruthy, Cochin to travel to and manage sales in the Trivandrum district. Your key role will involve building customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring timely product delivery and payment collections.
You’ll work 4 days a week in the Trivandrum market, 1 day in Perumbavoor and spend 1 day at our corporate office in Cochin for review meetings. Enjoy Sundays off!
Salary: ₹25,000/month + travel & accommodation allowances. Incentives depend on performance, starting after probation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and collection targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery and payment collections.
- Report to the Area Sales Manager and provide daily updates.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
