Sales Job Description Roles and Responsibility Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, retailers to promote our range of Magazine. Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate Magazine to clients, showcasing their benefits to meet client needs. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with new clients. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning, territory management, and strategic selling. Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and stay updated on competitor activities. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Regularly report on sales performance and market insights to the management team. Travel : Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and conduct site visit. Preferred candidate profile * Experience: 1-3 years of field sales experience. * Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, PGDM or a related field is preferred. * Experience in Advertising & Marketing Field Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build client relationships. * Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Language: Proficiency English and Hindi.
