- Assess clients' fitness levels and create personalized training programs.
- Provide guidance on exercise techniques and safety to ensure effective and safe workouts.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
- Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.

- Day shift
