As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Fit Club members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they step through the door. Your role will involve greeting members, managing inquiries, and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk.

Availability: Immediate joiner preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding memberships, classes, and schedules.
- Assist members with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Handle customer queries and ensure their concerns are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Coordinate with the gym staff to ensure an efficient member experience.
- Assist in promoting Fit Club events, classes, and membership promotions.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing member records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Freshers are welcome to apply!
- Ability to multitask and handle busy environments.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with fitness center operations are a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
