The F&B Service Captain plays a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the dining experience and leading the waitstaff team. They are responsible for maintaining service standards, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
