The ideal candidate preferably based in Mumbai, will own the entire Menswear production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Managing and evaluating entire Menswear Garment production process.
- Leading and monitoring Menswear Client Orders.
- Production planning and budgeting.
- Coordinating with key internal and external production Vendors.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs
- Maintaining a safe production environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Apparel Production, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in apparel production management.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, materials sourcing, and quality control/checks.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set timelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production software and tools.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in apparel production is a plus.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
