Faculty For Paramedical Sciences (Teacher)
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team as Faculty of Paramedical Technician Courses at Multi-Skill Centre, Danagadi, Jajpur. In this role, you will develop and conduct lectures, facilitate skill labs, and lead practical sessions. The candidate will employ a variety of teaching methods to ensure an engaging and effective learning environment. Additionally, you will provide academic advice and career guidance, support students with resources to enhance their success and maintain accurate student records.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver lectures, facilitate skill labs, and lead practical sessions.
Employ a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students effectively.
Provide academic advising and career guidance; support students with resources to enhance their success.
Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance; deliver constructive feedback and timely grades.
Assist students in preparing portfolios and honing interview techniques, including mock viva sessions, group discussions, and personality development.
Maintain accurate student records; participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program planning.
Skills:
Expertise in teaching, particularly in [Radiology, Dialysis, and Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)], would be mandatory.
Strong soft skills for effective student engagement and motivation.
Qualifications:
Minimum – B.Sc/ M.Sc in Paramedical Sciences (Radiology, Dialysis, and Medical Laboratory Technology) with 5-6 years of both clinical /academic experience.
Fluency in the Odia language is mandatory.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
