**Job Title: Faculty - 3D Animation**

About Us:
Motion Institute is dedicated to fostering creativity and innovation in the field of digital arts. We are seeking a passionate and experienced faculty member to join our 3D Animation program, where students develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the animation industry.
Job Summary :
The Faculty of 3D Animation will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in 3D animation, character design, modeling, rigging, and animation principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong professional background in animation, a commitment to student success, and a passion for cultivating a collaborative learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging course content in 3D animation and related subjects.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students on projects and portfolios.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, incorporating relevant techniques into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance program offerings and student experiences.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and assessment processes.
- Contribute to student recruitment and retention efforts through outreach and engagement activities.
- Engage in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Any Degree/ Diploma in Animation, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in 3D animation and proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional work and teaching capabilities.
- Previous teaching experience at the college level is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom and the broader community.
