About the role As a Facility Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility such as apartments and office premise. Your responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. You will oversee various aspects of facility management, ranging from maintenance and repairs to vendor management. Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and structural issues.
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the facility. Oversee laundry services to ensure residents' clothing and linens are clean and well-maintained. Supervision of securities.
Source and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services. Obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and oversee service agreements for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
Security services if required.
Should be accessible during non-business hours if necessary.
Qualification and Skills
Degree/ITI/ Diploma with 2 years’ experience in facility management.
Good Knowledge in Air Condition system (Split, Window, Duct), plumbing system and maintenance.
Effective communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
