Job Description:
Job Title: Fabrication Workshop Supervisor
Location: Panipat (Haryana)
Education: Any bachelor Degree
Years of Experience: 2 yrs-3 yrs
Salary Package:1.3 LPA+(Negotiable)
Required Skills:
● Excellent interpersonal Communication .
● Good in time management & Problem Solving .
● Great leadership Qualities .
● Technical Knowledge of product .
Job Responsibility:
● Manage the workshop production and efficiency of the team to ensure all projects are manufactured.
● Identify any stock requirements and communicate to management.
● Ensure works are carried out in accordance with processes, completing all necessary documentation and submitting to the office within agreed timescales.
● Train & motivating employees to achieve targets.
