Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Conceptualizer with a background in experiential marketing to join our team. The Conceptualizer will be responsible for ideating, developing, and executing impactful event concepts and experiential marketing campaigns that align with our clients' brand identities and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing and designing immersive brand experiences that drive engagement and connect with audiences on a deeper level.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

The Conceptualizer will be responsible for ideating, developing, and executing impactful event concepts and experiential marketing campaigns that align with our clients' brand identities and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing and designing immersive brand experiences that drive engagement and connect with audiences on a deeper level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience insights, and brand positioning.
- Generate innovative event concepts, experiential marketing campaigns, and brand activation ideas that deliver on clients' marketing goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, experiential marketing strategies, mood boards, and visual presentations to communicate concepts effectively to clients.
- Incorporate experiential elements, interactive technologies, and immersive storytelling techniques into event designs to create memorable and engaging experiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing to inform concept development and design decisions.
- Work closely with the design, production, and execution teams to ensure seamless implementation of conceptualized ideas within budget and timeline constraints.
- Lead client presentations, pitches, and workshops to showcase proposed concepts and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure the effectiveness of experiential marketing campaigns and gather insights for future optimizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in conceptualizing and designing experiential marketing campaigns, brand activations, and immersive event experiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful experiential marketing projects, event concepts, themes, and designs.
- Exceptional creativity, imagination, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible brand experiences.
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Power Point, Keynote) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating compelling visual concepts and presentations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of experiential marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and creative work culture.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
