Position : Executive Search Intern
JOB ROLE :
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify suitable candidates for open job roles.
- Maintain an organized database of candidate profiles and contact information.
- Collaborate with the executive search team to understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Assist in developing search strategies for different roles, tailoring approaches to industry and client needs.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes, maintaining attention to detail while working under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (current students in final year or recent graduates can apply).
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to source and identify top talent.
- Process-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and organizational efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with recruitment platforms like Linked In.
