Job Title: Executive - Financial Reporting and Analysis

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive in Financial Reporting and Analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in the Financial Reporting and Analysis department, with a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. The Executive will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Present financial information to senior management and stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3 to 4 years of experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
