Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling Corporate Customers - Quotations, Booking, Shipment Planning & Liaising / update of shipments to Customers – Air & Sea Imports/Exports
- Sending Pre alerts to customers
- Co-ordinating with overseas agents, local carriers, vendors - CFS/CHA & Shipping Line
- Interdepartmental coordination with Pricing desk, Documentation Desk, Accounts Desk for billing & payment releases to vendors.
- Timely DO & BL release
- Monitoring Import Manifestation & Export BL release process
- Updating Import / Export Job Data in our inhouse software & maintaining Daily Status Report for customers, CFS & Third-Party Movement follow-up
- Job Closing & Handover to Accounts
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
- Knowledge of Customer Service Imports & Exports – Candidates from a Logistic Background will be preferred
- Work Experience: Min 3-4 years
- Minimum Graduate /IATA course
IT & Language Proficiency
- MS Office (Word / Excel )
- Language Proficiency – English, Marathi and Hindi
