Job Description: We are looking to hire a Executive – Contracts & Admin with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, this role is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and receiving visitors
Handle Domestic travel arrangements for all employees
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Performing reference checks for new joiners, assist in organizing company events
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Produce and submit reports
Support other assigned functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or any other education
3 to 6 months of experience
Full understanding of Admin functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
