Overview: TNZ Cinemas is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and enhance our dining offerings. This role involves creating innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring top-notch food quality and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus.
Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff.
Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.
Manage food and labor costs, and control inventory.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
Creativity in menu design and food presentation.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
