Responsibilities: Manage office administration tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Tally and Microsoft Excel. Support basic accounting tasks, payment follow-up, and expense tracking. Organize and maintain office documents, files, and records systematically. Coordinate with team members and assist them with administrative tasks as required. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders for replenishment as needed. Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other office tools. Provide general support to team members and managers, ensuring effective communication within the office. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondences efficiently. Maintain a clean and tidy office environment. Requirements: Female candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel with a keen eye for accuracy. Basic knowledge of office administration and accounting procedures. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a positive work environment. Previous experience in office administration or as an office assistant will be an advantage. Note: This position is not for an accountant role. The candidate will primarily be responsible for office administration tasks, data entry, and using Tally and Excel to support the organization's financial processes.
