Executive Assistant
We immediately require a seasoned, proactive and enthusiastic Executive Assistant. In this role, you will independently work with all our Teams (Sales, Technical Support and Media), Vendors, Partners and Customers to coordinate and conclude activities. Fluency in English and a results-driven attitude are prerequisites.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day office activities for designated Managing Partner
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments with Customers, Partners and Vendors
- Day to day engaging with Customers, Partners and Vendors
- Publish minutes of meetings and required follow-ups
- Crafting, maintaining, and entering information into databases including customer contacts, ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
- Manage calendar for Managing Partner
- Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Sending Proposals
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
- Candidates with 3-5 Years of Work Experience as Executive Assistant to CEO and preferred from a Software Industry Background
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication skills
- Good interpersonal Skills
- Good in Data Management
- Excellent Hands-on Experience in MS Office 365
- Organized, Self-Driven and passion to excel
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
- PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
