Job Description: Telecalling Executive (Event Sales & Sponsorships) We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our events team, responsible for promoting and selling sponsorship packages and tickets for major events of like- Expo/ Investors meet, Award shows (in association with major online tickets platforms) The role involves making outbound calls to potential sponsors and attendees, explaining event details, and securing sales. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in counselling or sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for events. Main Roles and Responsibilities of Sponsorship and Ticket Sales Team:
Sponsorship Sales: Identify, approach, and secure sponsorship deals for events, creating custom packages that align with client goals and event themes.
Ticket Sales: Drive ticket sales through various channels (phone, online, partnerships), ensuring maximum event attendance and revenue generation.
Lead Generation: Research potential sponsors, partners, and attendees; maintain a database of prospects for outreach and follow-up.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with sponsors and attendees, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Sales Reporting & Targets: Track and report on sales performance, meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and sales targets.
