Summary: As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will architect complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise. You will apply the latest technology and industry expertise to create better products and experiences. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing innovative IT solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design and implement innovative IT solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Develop architectural designs and technical specifications. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to IT solutions. - Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with architectural standards. - Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT solutions. - Mentor and coach junior professionals to enhance their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory. - Strong understanding of IT architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level IT solutions. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services. - Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, and networks. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Recommendation: Familiarity with IT security principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
