Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate leads and support IT sales initiatives.
Build and maintain segmented email lists based on market, industry, and potential customer profiles.
Create compelling email content that aligns with sales goals and appeals to the target audience.
Schedule and manage email campaigns using marketing automation tools to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Design and implement lead-nurturing email sequences to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to craft personalized email strategies for high-potential leads and clients.
Monitor customer engagement with email content and suggest ways to improve click-through rates, open rates, and conversions.
Track and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns, using metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
Optimize email templates, subject lines, and content based on A/B testing and data-driven insights.
Provide detailed campaign reports and recommendations for improvements to increase sales performance.
Work closely with the IT sales team to understand sales strategies, pipeline goals, and key messaging.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and impactful email templates.
Support the development of sales collateral and materials for email outreach, such as case studies, product updates, and newsletters.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of email databases.
Maintain GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance for all email campaigns, ensuring best practices for data privacy and security.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, particularly in the IT sales domain.
