Your role will involve managing email lists, creating content, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring the company’s email communication aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Creation: Design and implement email marketing campaigns that promote products, services, or events, ensuring brand consistency and personalization.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging email templates, subject lines, and copy that attract and retain customers.
- List Management: Manage and segment email lists to ensure messages are reaching the right audience at the right time.
- Automation: Set up email automation workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and promotional campaigns.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times for better open and click-through rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Compliance: Ensure that all email campaigns comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure email marketing aligns with broader company goals and marketing initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Sendinblue).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive insights to optimize performance.
- Content Skills: Good writing skills to craft compelling email content that drives user engagement.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in managing email lists, testing campaigns, and ensuring emails are free of errors.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Prior experience in an email marketing role.
- Knowledge of advanced email marketing strategies like segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with GDPR and email marketing best practices.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
