Job Summary:

This role will involve the use of statistical tools and machine learning algorithms to extract information from structured and unstructured data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Preparation: Gather data from various internal and external sources, clean, preprocess, and structure it for analysis.
- Data Mining: Utilize data mining techniques such as clustering, classification, regression, and anomaly detection to extract meaningful patterns and trends from large datasets.
- Database Management: Manage and maintain company databases, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data.
- Algorithm Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms to analyze data efficiently.
- Reporting & Visualization: Present findings through reports, charts, and dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders, management, and cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other departments to support various business operations and initiatives.
- Trend Analysis: Identify potential business opportunities or risks based on historical data trends and predictive analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of data mining tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries and algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (SQL) and non-relational databases.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex problems through logical reasoning and analysis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to data accuracy and a high level of precision in managing large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a data mining or data analysis role.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for data storage and processing.
