Electrician
- Electrical Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks on electrical systems, wiring, and equipment, including lighting, HVAC systems, and kitchen appliances.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues like short circuits, power outages, malfunctioning outlets, or faulty wiring.
- Installation of Electrical Systems: Installing new wiring, electrical fixtures, and equipment as needed, such as light switches, outlets, or electrical panels.
- Safety Inspections: Conducting safety inspections to ensure all electrical systems are up to code, identifying hazards, and making necessary corrections to prevent accidents.
- Emergency Response: Responding to electrical emergencies such as power failures, fire alarms, and other urgent electrical issues that could impact the safety and comfort of hotel guests.
- Energy Efficiency Management: Monitoring energy usage and working to improve efficiency by recommending or implementing energy-saving solutions like LED lighting or automated controls.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Working with the maintenance team, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure electrical needs are met during renovations, repairs, or events.
- Record Keeping: Keeping detailed records of all electrical work performed, including repairs, inspections, and installations, for reference and compliance purposes.
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring all electrical systems comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and hotel policies.
- Preventive Maintenance Plans: Developing and executing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize the risk of electrical failures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
