AC Technician
- Maintenance of AC & Refrigeration Systems: Performing regular preventive maintenance on air conditioning units, refrigerators, freezers, and other cooling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing issues with AC systems, refrigeration units, ice machines, and other cooling systems. This includes fixing faulty compressors, leaks, thermostat malfunctions, and other common issues.
- Installation: Installing new air conditioning units, refrigerators, and other cooling equipment, ensuring proper setup and operation.
- Refrigerant Handling: Safely handling and refilling refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- System Inspections: Conducting routine inspections of HVAC and refrigeration systems to detect potential problems early and ensure all systems are running efficiently.
- Energy Efficiency Improvements: Identifying ways to optimize cooling systems to save energy, reduce costs, and ensure guest comfort.
- Emergency Response: Quickly addressing breakdowns or malfunctions in AC or refrigeration systems, especially in guest rooms, kitchens, and storage areas that require immediate attention.
- Temperature Control Monitoring: Ensuring that the hotel’s food storage areas (refrigerators and freezers) are operating within safe temperature ranges to prevent spoilage.
- Record Keeping: Documenting all maintenance work, repairs, and installations for future reference, including refrigerant usage as required by law.
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring that all AC and refrigeration systems meet local, state, and national codes and regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
- Collaboration with Other Teams: Coordinating with the hotel’s maintenance team and other departments to handle repairs, installations, and maintenance efficiently and with minimal disruption.
- Spare Parts Inventory Management: Managing an inventory of spare parts for AC and refrigeration systems to ensure timely repairs when necessary.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
