We are hiring dynamic candidates for the role of Educational Counselor at Vibgyor Ace, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, a division of the Vibgyor Group of Schools , offering coaching for the Science stream and competitive exams like IIT-JEE, NEET, etc. We are looking for immediate joiners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions by converting students to meet weekly/monthly targets.
- Make calls to the provided database of students and parents to generate leads and convert them into admissions.
- Engage with students and parents, building strong relationships through personalized interactions and regular follow-ups.
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), address concerns, and provide ongoing support to parents.
- Plan and execute marketing activities within the assigned region to enhance visibility and student enrollment.
- Coordinate fee collection, ensure syllabus completion, manage timetables, student attendance, and track performance.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and coordinate with teachers, school administrators, and liaise with the school principal
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for selling and strong convincing abilities
- Empathetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities
- Age: 21-40 years
- Preferably female candidates
- Experienced
- Graduate
- Location: Kharghar
- Working Hours: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM, 6 days a week
- Training will be provided
