Educational Counsellor
Job Summary:
We're seeking experienced Counsellors to provide guidance and support to prospective students, driving enrollments and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseas education counselling, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle outbound cold and hot calls to prospective students
2. Counsel walk-in students and provide guidance on education options
3. Convert walk-ins into enrollments
4. Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
5. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless student onboarding
7. Provide expert advice on course selection, career paths, and study destinations
8. Address student concerns and resolve queries
Requirements:
1. 2-5 years of experience in overseas education counselling or sales
2. Proven sales record with measurable results
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills
4. Strong knowledge of international education markets and trends
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
