- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing problems with hardware and software
- Installation: Setting up, configuring, and managing software, operating systems, and hardware
- Network management: Developing and maintaining local networks, and providing basic network support
- Data management: Handling data processing, ensuring data security and integrity, and managing backups
- System monitoring: Regularly monitoring IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure they are available
- User support: Providing technical support to users, including training and troubleshooting
- Reporting: Generating reports on operations, using hotel management systems or other tools
- System upgrades: Managing system upgrades and software patches
- Cybersecurity: Enforcing security protocols to protect data from cyber threats
- Collaboration: Working with management to improve operational efficiency
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Experience:
