Duty Medical Officer (DMO) – Bhubaneswar
JOB OVERVIEW
Coordinating , Monitoring & Ensuring smooth patient care & documentation of IP & ER Patients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform assessment & initiate immediate treatment needs
To take down & note entire patient history & findings
Dedicated rounds of wards/PICU/NICU/Gynec as per requirement & roster
Monitor vitals of inpatients, inform all the important findings to senior consultants
Ensuring notes & file documentation is done correctly by medical & paramedical staff
Informing consultants about any new admissions & critical cases
To carry out instructions given by consultants without delays
Ensuring Discharge summaries are prepared, edited & checked by registrars before hand to avoid delay in discharge
To inform , coordinate , manage emergency patients under supervision of senior consultant
Ensuring complete information & documentation all relevant critical cases like MLC/Death/LAMA etc
Abiding to clinical protocols in best interest of patient
Escalate & inform to senior consultants on any critical observations in best interest of patient care.
- MBBS graduate with Orrisa Medical Council Registration.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
