Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Perform detailed patient assessments, including taking medical histories and conducting physical examinations.
- Diagnosis: Utilize homeopathic principles to diagnose health issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Treatment: Prescribe individualized homeopathic remedies and explain their usage and benefits to patients.
- Emergency Response: Provide immediate care in emergency situations and stabilize patients before further treatment or referral.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, homeopathic treatments, and preventive care measures.
- Follow-Up Care: Monitor and evaluate patient progress during follow-up appointments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including treatment plans and patient progress notes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Community Engagement: Participate in health camps and community outreach programs to promote homeopathy and educate the public on health topics.
- Continuous Professional Development: Stay informed about advancements in homeopathy and healthcare practices through ongoing education.
- Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice homeopathy.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies effectively.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
- May require working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Work primarily in a clinical or hospital setting, interacting with patients and healthcare staff.
