Drayage Dispatcher
Job Role:-
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Handle and respond to customer emails, providing updates as needed.
- Manage load acceptance and appointment bookings via email.
- Provide customers with ETA updates.
- Possess knowledge of tracking and tracing shipments.
- Proficient in using TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
- Experience in handling drayage shipments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of the trucking industry.
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in logistics customer service is required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
