JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Intern
DURATION : 3 Months
LOCATION: D- 215 Devsha Business Park, Sector- 63, Noida

REPORET To: Digital Marketing Strategist
OFFICE HOURS: Monday to Saturday, (9:30AM – 6:30PM), 1 and 3 Saturday off
STIPEND: 5000 per month
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration
JOB SUMMARY: PSR Compliance is seeking creative and enthusiastic social media interns to join our marketing team. This internship offer an excellent opportunity to gain hands- on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our brand’s online presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
· Develop engaging, creative, and high- quality content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, twitter, Linked In, and others.
· Assist in managing and scheduling posts on all social media accounts.
· Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices. Conduct competitor analysis and audience research.
· Aid in optimizing website content for better search engine rankings and assist with paid search campaigns.
· Work with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies to grow our online community and increase engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
· Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.)
· Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools is preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
· Familiarity with graphic design tools (eg. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
· Experience: Fresher.
